This week VirtualConference.com hosted the ultimate digital marketing online conference, exploring 2020’s most prominent trends and strategies for growth during these unprecedented times.

More than 700 industry professionals around the globe tuned in to hear from 36 expert speakers who discussed an array of pertinent topics, including the current state of digital marketing, best practices in times of crisis, and new tools and applications for maximizing performance.

In just four weeks, the VirtualConference.com team was able to organize a full day of sessions, broken down into three categories. Attendees were able to select from a wide variety of topics and speakers, depending on their area(s) of interest and business needs. If you wish to organize your own virtual event, it is possible to do it very quickly, simultaneously cutting down on costs.

Three simultaneously diffused tracks

Track 1: Growth Marketing

The Growth Marketing track covered several themes pertaining to both organic and paid growth. Speakers provided information and insights regarding techniques such as data-driven email marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, and growth hacking.

Track 2: Content Marketing

The Content Marketing track offered a multitude of topics, including brand advocacy, open-source marketing, and content sources. One of the most overarching areas of focus within this track was long-term marketing strategies that prioritize target audience relationship building through high-quality content. This approach may require a longer time frame, but our speakers shared numerous insider tips to maximize conversions and overall ROI.

Track 3: Social Media

Social listening, crisis communication, and breaking through the noise in the public sphere were all popular topics of discussion within the Social Media track. The key take-aways were strategies to better connect with target audiences, brand building, and increasing sales by driving website traffic.

Event Preparation

Our team takes pride in providing all our participants with everything they need for a successful conference. From onboarding speakers with virtual one-on-one platform tours and rehearsals to admin chats and testing all technical set-ups to ensure a smooth presentation.

Admin one-to-one chat, visibly to speakers and the members of the organization only.

Speakers are set-up with chat notifications on their mobile phones, which facilitates the interaction with the attendees.
